Autism South East and Marie’s Tea Room are delighted to bring you autism-friendly Bath Bomb making sessions. We are also running an evening session for adults on Wednesday 18th December.
“At Marie’s, we love being imaginative and creating our own favourite scents, colours and experimenting with essential oils and butters to make use of their properties. They make colourful and creative gifts, or better still use them yourself! By the end of the workshop, you will know how to: Apply the relevant aspects of Health & Safety relating to making bath bombs; Recognise what equipment is required to create your own; Examine the suitability of ingredients and the quantities required to create your own bath bombs; Experiment with colour to individualise your bath bombs; Experiment with fragrances to individualise your bath bombs and the use of essential oils to varying benefits; Care for/store your hand finished products.”
What’s included in the price? You will take home your bath of beautifully handcrafted bath bombs in two varieties, all materials to make your bath bombs will be provided. All facilities are accessible, tea/coffee will be provided.
Gloves available for those with sensory or sensitivity issues.
£15 per person (parents/carers excluded).
Please note these are “stay and play” events so carers will be required to supervise their children.
