Amanda Cook

Amanda is an experienced senior teacher with 17 years in education, specialising in challenging behaviour and Autism. Amanda has 20 years experience of Autism both at home and at work. Amanda has four children, three of whom are Autistic and is proudly Autistic herself. Amanda is Founder and CEO of Autism South East and Founder of the Autistic Teacher. Amanda is a trainer and speaker on Autism and a full time teacher in a mainstream school. Amanda is a former academic member of staff for Canterbury Christ Church University as a sessional lecturer on Autism. Former Parliamentary Candidate 2017. Winner Professional Autism Awards 2018.

Matt Lynch
Director
Matt is an autism advocate who is on the spectrum himself, and now does various voluntary work focused around autism in the community, including speaking about his experiences growing up. He also designs our media, including this website and our posters.

Rachel Young
Director
Rachel is a full time parent to three children on the autistic spectrum. Before having children she worked in a residential care setting for adults on the spectrum with challenging behaviour.
