Join the Autism South East Adult Group! If you’re autistic or
think you might be, this is the perfect space for you. Connect with others through friendly chats, share your favourite subjects, enjoy board games, and explore mindfulness colouring. Bring your own art to paint or draw alongside others who share your passion. Drinks are available to keep you refreshed as you relax and enjoy the company. Everyone is welcome!

Group rules – be considerate and understanding of others; Just be kind.
Failure to follow these rules may lead to you being asked to leave the group and the matter referred further if necessary. The group leaders should be told of any concerns you may have.
Pre-booking is not required – just turn up!
You must be 18 or over to attend this group.
No formal diagnosis required.
